Clients are responsible for verifying the requirements of the institution that the fingerprints are being sent to.
Clients will be given a reprint free of charge in the rare case
that cards are rejected due to denied fingerprint impressions.
Clients have 45 days from the date the prints were taken to
submit proof; such as documentation from the institution stating fingerprints were rejected.
Refunds for fingerprint services are given ONLY for
cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled
There will be no REFUNDS on testing services.
All clients Fingerprinting and Lab testing will be by appointment only.
Services are available by appointment on a daily basis.
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all fingerprinting and lab testing services.
